TickQuote does not provide any form of:

• Market making services

Data displayed on the platform or delivered through APIs is provided solely for data display, technical integration, and general informational purposes.

Certain services may require:

• Account registration
• API key management
• Technical integration
• Commercial plans or subscriptions

TickQuote reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to certain services based on security, technical, regulatory, or abuse-risk management needs.

Users must not:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with platform security or service stability
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Abuse APIs or platform resources through automated means
• Engage in conduct that affects platform availability
• Reverse engineer the service beyond what is permitted by applicable law

Certain data may not be exchange-direct and is not guaranteed to be real-time, complete, or absolutely accurate.

Prices, charts, datasets, analytics, technical indicators, signals, and other information provided by TickQuote are for general informational and technical purposes only and should not be regarded as financial, investment, trading, or professional advice.

Users are responsible for independently verifying data sources, prices, and market conditions, and for all risks arising from their use of related data.

TickQuote does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted APIs
• Continuous availability of all data
• Real-time updates for all data
• Ongoing stability of third-party data sources

Services may be affected by:

• Technical maintenance
• Third-party provider issues
• Network interruptions
• System updates
• Security incidents

Certain services may be billed based on:

• API usage volume
• Subscription plans
• Commercial contracts
• Customized enterprise services

Card subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Users may cancel from the dashboard billing page or by contacting support. When a subscription is cancelled, paid access generally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated in the checkout flow or a written agreement.

Related pricing, features, billing currency, renewal cadence, and service plans will be disclosed before purchase and may be adjusted from time to time.

TickQuote is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Data errors
• API interruptions
• Market price differences
• Network issues
• Third-party service failures
• User operational errors
• Trading or commercial losses resulting from reliance on platform data

TickQuote may integrate with third-party infrastructure, data providers, payment processors, or technical services. Card payments may be processed by Stripe or another card processor.

TickQuote does not provide any warranty regarding the availability, accuracy, or stability of third-party services.
